A: Typically it will take about 2 months. We do thorough research on every artist we add to our station.
Q: How can I get my song proessional reviewed?
A; Click on submit song for critque in the footer of the page and it will take you to a link to submit your song. Be patient we get tons of submissions
Q: What is an ISRC Code? And how can I get one?
A: An ISRC Code is a series if numbers that is embedded in the master file of your song. It allows companies like Neilsen Soundscan to track and record spins at any radio station. Those results are then sent to your PRO for potential royalty distribution.
Q: What is a PRO organization?
A: PRO stands for Performing Rights Organization ( ASCAP, SESAC, or BMI ) these companies issue licenses to organizations such as radio stations, night clubs, resturants, retailers, film, and television. These licenses allow those entities to play your music. Each quarter the PRO distributes royalties ( monies collected from the licenses obtained ) based on the amount of record spins you received in a 3 month period.
Q: Will my song be added to the playlist if I do not have and ISRC Code and am not registered with a PRO organization and my song is not registered with Soundscan?
A: Probably not because we want to make sure that you get the credit you deserve for all of your hard work.
